Monday-Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.

Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Sunday  9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. & 5:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.

               Yoga/SPA HOURS 10:00a.m. to 3:00p.m.

 

*Please note our 24-hour cancellation policy: 

If you are cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment you will be fully charged. 

 

If you cancel your appointment in a timely manner before the 24 hour mark we will refund  but do charge 3% credit card fee when being refunded.

 

Please call if you would like to be refunded without your account being credited if you cancel online. Thank you kindly.
